The menu includes:
Oven seared shishito peppers, jacobsen sea salt|
Grilled hangar steak, grilled onion chimichurri
Charred rainbow carrots, parsley, saba, shaved parmigiana, sultanas, toasted hazelnuts
Marinated summer squashes, white balsamic, arbequina olive oil, mint, black olive bread crumbs
Sweet pepper lumache, charred heirloom tomatoes, grape tendril pistou
Shortbread with sea salt, vanilla beans & extra virgin olive oil
Grilled peaches from Melcher Farm, St Paul, crème fraiche and muscovado
